Fixing cache problems is not very easy. Just remember, for example, that your browser may use cache, a WordPress plugin may enable static/dynamic cache and your server might come with object cache. Which one is it?

It’s not mentioned that DNS used by the site may apply cache, like Cloudflare
Good point, server-side cache is always difficult to deal with!
