    WooCommerce Add To: Cc: Bcc: Email Recipients Mini-Plugin is great, very helpful, but it would be even more helpful if a customer could be added as a recipient to emails that by default are addressed to the site owner/admin. I mean, I’d like customers to receive emails such as Cancelled Order, so in cases of cancelled orders customers are automatically notified.

What does this Mini-Plugin do? Where do I find the settings?

This plugin allows you to add extra recipients (To, CC and/or BCC) to any active WooCommerce email.

You can find the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Business Bloomer where you can assign a comma separated list of email addresses to any active WooCommerce email. Let’s say you want to CC: customer completed orders to your business partner; or BCC new orders to your warehouse contact… that’s exactly what you can do with this simple plugin.

Some emails are not sent?

First of all, make sure they’re actually working when the plugin is deactivated. If they work, but then stop working once the plugin is active, then it’s a plugin issue.

Known issues to date:

  • Double check that the email that is not sent doesn’t have duplicate recipients between the default recipients and the custom recipients. For example, if {admin} and customer email address are identical.

Alternatively, you can then get the latest ZIP from the Downloads page and manually update the plugin by going to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Yes, the plugin already exists – WordPress will find that out and ask you if you wish to override it.
