Troubleshooting Fatal Errors

MARK LESSON AS COMPLETE

Here’s a video presentation and a video demonstration on how to troubleshoot fatal errors (Error 500, 501, 502, 503 and so on). When you have a fatal error, your website frontend (and often the backend as well) will show the White Screen Of Death and you need to act fast.

Please note: English captions are enabled by default (click on “CC” in the video player to disable). Also, you can click on the “gear” icon to manage quality and playback speed. Enjoy!
